Once SFARMLS is Super-Regional and has data for the entire Bay Area, your default Market Watch is going to transform from a localized pool to the the larger total pool. Here is an example of what it will look like in the new expanded data system if you do not change your defaults.

As you can see, you are about to step into a much larger world. But what if you would still only like to be notified of changes in your specific selling areas after launch? There are two solutions.
Solution 1: Modify your Market Watch preferences to have the range of selling areas 1-10 in the first area field. It will look like this when you have it, then click "Save" and go back to the homepage:

Refer to the Rapattoni documentation on accessing the User Preferences features.
Solution 2 uses the Hotsheet functions of the system to create a Market Watch snapshot for you that sends an email to your own inbox every morning with the listings that have changed in the 1, 2, or even 3 days.
You can setup your Hotsheet as follows to create a more comprehensive result set:

I've expanded mine to include South San Francisco and Daly City as they are so close to the city, that I want to know about changes in those areas too. Remember that when using this strategy, leave the "Statuses" blank so that you see all changes regardless of the listing's status.
